A blank canvas is an intimidating object.  Many painters struggle with how to approach the beginning of a painting.  In this 3 week class we will address the process of building an image from the ground up, from the underpainting all the way through to the finishing details.  Part demonstration, part hands-on painting, students will leave this class with their own finished painting and an increased confidence in the process of building an image.
