Cafe’ Terrace at Night. Van Gogh set up his easel on the Place du Forum in Arles, France in September of 1888 to paint this iconic scene. He looked toward an artificially lit terrace of a popular coffee house in this French neighborhood under a sky of stars. Come and paint this with me!
You and your friends can sign up for a painting night, and 3 hours later you’ll leave with your 16”x20” masterpiece!
I will walk you through the painting, providing you with encouragement and tips and tricks of the trade that can take your painting to the next level! This assistance will be helpful, especially for those who struggle with stick figures, but if you feel confident and inspired, feel free to change it up and make the painting your own! You will surely be impressed with the final result, and you can take home your cool original painting with pride!
Coming with a group? If you plan on coming with others, please leave me a comment on the registration page so that you may be seated together!
