Details

• This is a class for Manga and Anime lovers or for students who enjoy developing their own characters.
• Students will focus on these parts of the body: hair, hands and feet, clothing and accessories. 
• Students will gain a better understanding of form, gravity, lighting and shading.
• We will emphasize correct proportion and anatomy underneath the detail work.
• It is helpful if you have taken Manga I at Artissima Studio, but it is not a requirement for taking Manga II. 
• Students will develop a character and learn how to properly finalize the figure with the proper shading and stylization.

About Hannah

Hannah is an artist who grew up near Pittsburgh and moved to Nevada while in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Game Art and Design at the Art Institute of Las Vegas. Previously, she had attended IUP for Journalism and Advertising. During her time in Las Vegas, she also worked at the Art Institute as an educator and offered private art tutoring. She has since returned to Pittsburgh to pursue her art career while sharing her love and knowledge of the arts to those around her. She is proficient in 3D modeling and sculpting as well as traditional art such as figure drawing, life drawing, as well as clay sculpting.
