Event Phone: 412-968-5858
July 15, 2019 to July 19, 2019
Monday through Friday
This camp is for all artists who are interested in developing their drawing abilities. The students will exercise establishing the proper scale and composition, and they will learn techniques with both graphite (pencils) and charcoal. We will be looking at contemporary artists to inspire our work. Come and join this fun camp if you are excited about learning more drawing with serious art supplies.
*The course materials are included in the price of the class.
Pricing and Payment
We offer early bird pricing until April 1st. After April 1, there is a 10% discount (off the full price of the second camp) for campers who register for more than one camp.
We accept payment for summer camp registration on our website, in the studio, or by mailing a check after having registered your camper over the phone. Please note that payment in full is required to guarantee your seat. Please be aware that your reservation is NOT confirmed until full payment is received.
First Day of Camp – Medical Information
ALL students must be accompanied by a guardian on the first day of camp for initial check-in. We will check-in campers, accept outstanding payments, review pick-up policies and address any medical concerns.
Artissima Studio must be made aware of all pertinent medical concerns and/or allergies for the safety of the campers. This information will be kept confidential.
Break & Snack
There will be a short break during each day at camp. Campers may bring light snacks to eat during the break; no snacks will be provided. Campers will not be permitted to leave the premise to obtain food. Please advise Artissima in advance of a nut allergy so that we can alert the families to prohibit foods containing nuts. Artissima will host a pizza party on Friday to celebrate the fun week of art creation.
Dress for a Mess
We provide aprons for the students, but it is hard to prevent all messes as the kids excitedly dive into the materials.
